We’re excited to see you at Salt & Smoke & Sound! Parking opens at 12:00pm, doors open at 12:30pm, and the music starts at 12:45pm. Please note the venue closes at 10:00pm.
Here’s where to park:
VIP Parking
Please enter at the Main Park entrance located at 4215 NC-86, Chapel Hill, NC and look for signs. Map below shows your parking area.
Main Parking
Both prepaid and pay on-site parking available in the main parking lot. Please enter off New Hope Church Rd and look for signs. Map below shows your parking area. Parking is $10 plus tax.
Overflow Parking
Overflow parking is available at New Hope Elementary School and at A.L. Stanhope Middle School, if needed. Parking in these lots is free. Please see the map below and follow instructions if overflow parking is required.
Shuttle Service
A transit bus will be running continuously to shuttle festival goers to Salt & Smoke & Sound from Weaver Street in Hillsborough, Durham Tech Park and Ride, A.L. Stanhope Middle School and Blackwood Farm Park.

ADA Parking & Rideshare Drop Off
ADA Parking (with placard or plate) and Ride and Share drop off /pick up are located at the Main Park entrance located at 4215 NC-86, Chapel Hill, NC. See map for details.
Restrictions
There will be absolutely NO PARKING ALLOWED on either New Hope Church Rd or Highway 86. Cars parked in those locations are subject to towing at owners’ expense.
